Feeling a bit sluggish? Need a little motivation from someone who’s been there? I get it. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, but the start of a new year is the perfect chance to reset. I’ll admit it—I love a fresh start in January! While I’m not one for resolutions, I do love having a game plan and something to aim for.

I’ve figured out how to avoid the dreaded yo-yo cycle of dieting and fitness programmes and instead keep a sense of balance that works for me.
