Here you will find questions to the most commonly asked questions about using the Revive Now, on-demand service
Q. Do I need an account to use Revive Now on-Demand
A. Yes you do. As Revive Now is a paid service, access is controlled by membership. If you do not have a membership account or if your account has expired, you will not be able to access the Revive Now pages.
Q. I’ve forgotten my username, or password, or can’t login
A. You can login with either your username, or the email you used to create the account. You would have received an email when you first registered, containing these details. Please check you spam/junk folder, if you did not receive the email. You can reset your password by clicking on the link below the login box, or you can reset your password on this page
If you can’t remember your username, or your email address is not recognised, check that you have entered your details correctly. You should have received an email with your registration details (check your spam folder), but if you are still having issues, please contact us and let us know.
Q. How do I buy a subscription to Revive Now on demand?
A. You can buy a weekly pass or a 4-week pass, by visiting this page. Please ensure that you use the same login details at the checkout as you do for your membership.
If you have Revive Now on-demand as part of your GymCatch class bundle, please let us know directly, when you renew your bundle and we will update your on-demand membership for you.
Q. What happens when my subscription expires?
A. Before your subscription expires, you should receive an email to notify you that you have 1 day left on your subscription. You can use the link in the email to renew your subscription. If you do not renew your subscription, you will still be able to login, however, you will not be able to view any of the On-demand videos.
Q. I accidently renewed too early, will I lose any time on my subscription?
A. No, subscriptions run concurrently. For example, if you had 1 week left on a 4-week package and bought a new 4-week package, then your new expiry date would be in five week’s time.
