We offer a range of classes, for all abilities and all ages from 16 upwards. Whether you are interested in improving your cardio fitness, building muscle with strength work, improving your mobility & flexibility with fitness Pilates, or dancing the night away with Clubbercise and line dancing, there’s something for everyone to choose from.
Arms & Abs
Join us on Zoom at home for upper body strength, core and conditioning with weights and or resistance bands and body-weight exercises. Some exercises are standing and some floor work. Shape your arms, back and tummy!
Bells & Bands
Low-impact, dynamic workout for your entire body. It burns fat, defines muscle and shapes your body. Great for fitness and muscular strength. You need a long resistance band, looped band and a kettlebell or weights to join on ZOOM.
Boxercise
Boxing for fitness, strength and fun. You will love this circuit-style class. There is always a focus on technique and form to keep you safe, whilst you let out your frustrations on the pads. Boxercise will work your entire body and burn lots of calories!
Clubbercise
Experience the joy of moving your body to the best club tunes from the late 80’s to the current day. It’s clean clubbing! No dancing skills required, just come along and follow the simple routines. You won’t even realise you are exercising.
Fitness Pilates
Low-intensity mobility, strength and stretch to improve posture, core strength and wellbeing. Great for all ages and fitness levels. The class is a relaxed pace with plenty of time to get form and technique perfected. Imagine a fusion of controlled movement, satisfying stretches and relaxation.
Fitness Line Dancing
Jump and dance with us in a pair of supportive bouncy boots that help reduce the impact through the joints. It’s an energetic workout, to music. The steps are broken down, so that you can learn the moves. Its lots of fun, strengthens core, legs and bum and improves cardio fitness.
Happy Hearts
Aimed at active older adults, looking to improve balance, strength, cardio fitness, mobility and to make friendships and social connections. Chair options available. This class will make your heart happy.
Legs, Bums & Tums
An interval-style workout to set your muscles on fire. It’s a mixture of standing and floor work, targeting your mid-section and lower body. You will feel both energised and relaxed after L.B.T. We always take time to stretch and improve flexibility too.
Lift Lean & Lift Strong
Strength training for women. Define muscle, shape your body, burn fat and feel energised with this low-impact, full-body workout using a variety of weights and body-weight exercises. Join the Lift Lean Community for nutritional support and welling tips! Lift Strong is held on Zoom.
ReBounce
Low-impact and kind to your joints! Bounce to the best tunes and get a ReBounce high. It’s an amazing cardio workout and works every muscle in your body. You can manage the intensity to suit your fitness level and pelvic floor. It’s so much fun, burns fat and boosts your mood.
Shred
Known as the ‘ultimate body-shaping workout’. Increase metabolism, build muscle and improve cardio fitness whilst focusing on core strength too. It’s a mix of cardio, core and strength exercises using weights and other fun equipment. Adaptations are always given to reduce impact.
Step & Tone
Beginner Step & Tone Aerobics. Join us for Step basics. Learn simple choreography, whilst improving cardio fitness. Shape your legs, arms and bum with body-conditioning Step Intervals too. It’s great fun and suitable for all.
