SCULPT: Fitness Pilates and Body Conditioning in Brislington
Love Fitness Pilates but fancy adding a little more muscle work? Come and join me for SCULPT, our new Saturday morning class at Wicklea Academy in Brislington.
What is SCULPT?
SCULPT combines Fitness Pilates and body conditioning, using small equipment to add resistance and get your muscles working.
Expect a mix of controlled movements, core exercises and conditioning for your whole body. We’ll focus on good technique, moving with control and finding the right level of challenge for you.
If you enjoy the focus of Fitness Pilates but would like more work for your legs, bum and upper body too, this could be your new Saturday morning favourite!
What are the benefits?
SCULPT brings together exercises to help you:
- Build muscular strength and endurance — helping your muscles get stronger and keep working for longer.
- Strengthen your core — working the muscles that support your body during everyday movement.
- Improve balance and control — practising steady, controlled movements that challenge your coordination.
- Support your posture and mobility — giving attention to how you hold and move your body.
- Make time for yourself — a chance to focus on your movement and enjoy exercising with a friendly group.
You can expect encouragement, options and a welcoming atmosphere. You don’t need to keep up with anyone else — we’ll work on getting the most from each movement at your level.
