The end of term can feel a bit like crawling over the finish line sometimes.

Life gets busy, stress levels creep up, routines feel full on and by Friday evening a lot of us are mentally and physically running on fumes.

That’s exactly why I wanted to create CHILL VIBE to lead you in to the May half-term.

A one-off pop up session designed to help you slow down, move your body, clear your head and properly unwind before heading into the next season.

What is CHILL VIBE?

CHILL VIBE is a gentle standing flow set to acoustic club anthems in a calm rooftop studio space in Southville, Bedminster, BS3.

The class blends simple flowing movement with mobility, balance and strength work in a way that feels accessible, enjoyable and calming.

This isn’t about pushing yourself to exhaustion or trying to keep up with complicated choreography.

It’s movement that feels good.

You’ll loosen off tight muscles, improve mobility and balance, wake up muscles that have probably been stuck at a desk or carrying stress all week… and leave feeling lighter in both body and mind.

The vibe is relaxed, welcoming and beginner friendly.

Gentle Yet Energising

One of the things I really wanted from this class was balance.

Sometimes people think gentle movement means ineffective movement, but that’s really not the case.

You’ll absolutely feel your muscles working during CHILL VIBE, just without the intensity or impact of a tougher workout.

A Rooftop Studio and Sunset Vibes

The session takes place at Space 180, Monarch House on Smyth Road in Southville.

The rooftop studio and terrace space completely changes the feel of the session. It’s calm, peaceful and feels miles away from the rush of everyday life.

And if the weather behaves itself, we’ll finish the evening soaking up the sunset over Southville together.

Not a bad way to end term really.

The Headphone Relaxation Experience

At the end of the class, we’ll finish with a guided relaxation through headphones for a complete immersive switch off.

No distractions.
No outside noise.
Just space to breathe and reset.

That final part is something really special and honestly feels like pressing the reset button on your nervous system after a busy week.
