If you love the music, atmosphere and energy of a dance fitness class but also know you probably should be doing some HIIT training too… HIITMIX was made for you.
Because let’s face it… traditional HIIT or circuits classes aren’t for everyone.
Some people love them.
Some people absolutely don’t 😂
A lot of people come to classes like Clubbercise because the music, vibe and atmosphere help them enjoy exercise and stay consistent. But they still want to improve fitness, challenge themselves and get stronger too.
That’s exactly where HIITMIX fits in.
So… what actually is HIITMIX?
HIITMIX is a mix of:
- Combat style fitness
- Strength and conditioning
- Athletic style movement
- Short bursts of higher intensity work
- Active recovery
- Big tunes and loads of energy
It’s structured in a way that allows you to push yourself when your body is ready… then recover before going again.
So rather than feeling like relentless non-stop exercise, it feels more manageable, more motivating and honestly… more fun.
Expect:
- Great music
- Lots of encouragement
- Sweat 😂
- Options for all levels
- A proper workout without feeling military or intimidating
- A class atmosphere that feels upbeat and welcoming
You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start.
Like all Revive classes, you work at your own level and build from there.
Why this style of training is so effective
Short bursts of higher intensity training can be really beneficial for fitness, heart health, strength and metabolism.
It challenges the body differently to steady state exercise and gives your muscles and cardiovascular system a reason to adapt.
For women in midlife especially, this kind of training can be incredibly valuable.
As we get older, the body often becomes less responsive to doing the same moderate intensity workouts over and over again. Adding short periods of higher effort can help support:
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Muscle retention
- Power and strength
- Bone health
- Blood sugar regulation
- Energy levels
But the important part is this…
You still need to enjoy it.
Because the best workout is still the one you actually want to come back to.
That’s why HIITMIX has been built around music, atmosphere and variety too.
The new 30/30 class concept
We’re also introducing something brand new alongside HIITMIX.
Some sessions are now split into two 30-minute halves, giving you the option to:
- Do one class
- Or stay for both and get a full hour of training
This gives you loads more flexibility and variety.
