Experienced Coaches

Amanda and Simon have a proven track record in helping people achieve their health, wellness and weight-loss goals.

Both are Level 3 Personal Trainers. Simon is also qualified in nutrition and both have completed personal studies into gut health, blood sugar control and fat loss methods. “We have been on our own personal journeys so we don’t judge and are committed to helping you”

Our Eat Well programme is here to support everyday healthy habits in a friendly, down-to-earth way. But we want to be upfront – this isn’t the right fit for anyone currently experiencing an eating disorder or anyone following very specific dietary plans, such as FODMAP, or Keto.
We’re not dieticians and unable to offer the kind of specialist support that might be needed in those cases.
If you’re unsure or have any questions at all, please do contact us first, we’re always here to chat and help you figure out what’s best for you.
