6-weeks Fitness Pilates course
Welcome to a six-week Fitness Pilates Course, where we cover the basics of Fitness Pilates with adaptations for those that are already familiar with it.
Each session begins with a preparation to get you ready for the workout. We explore the basic moves and how to adapt them to increase intensity if you want to. The class ends with a short body scan and relaxation to leave you feeling totally chilled.
The sessions are a full body approach and will change slightly each week, to include new moves and practice the moves from the previous week too.
