We offer a range of classes, for all abilities and all ages from 16 upwards. Whether you are interested in improving your cardio fitness with HIITMIX, building muscle with strength work with Lift Lean, improving your mobility & flexibility with fitness Pilates, Core and More and Legs, Bums and Tums, stress busting with Assassin, or dancing the night away with Clubbercise and line dancing, there’s something for everyone to choose from, including classes designed for older adults too.

Fitness Pilates – Move Strong

Fitness Pilates combines Pilates with functional strength training to improve posture, core stability, balance, mobility and overall strength. Using bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells and small equipment, you’ll move with control and confidence while supporting bone health, metabolism and joint stability. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring an exercise mat.

Lift Lean and Lift Strong

Lift Lean™ is a welcoming strength class for women of all abilities. Build strength, support bone health, improve muscle tone and boost everyday confidence through progressive resistance training. Please bring a mat and a pair of light to medium dumbbells. If you’re unsure what equipment you need, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.

Core & More

A strong core is about much more than visible abs. It improves posture, balance, stability and everyday movement while helping support your back. Core and More combines targeted core exercises with upper body strengthening to tone your abs, obliques, back, chest, shoulders and arms. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Clubbercise

Experience the joy of moving your body to the best club tunes from the late 80’s to the current day. It’s clean clubbing! No dancing skills required, just come along and follow the simple routines. You won’t even realise you are exercising.

Fitness Pilates – Strength & Flow

Lift Lean & Fitness Pilates Fusion combines progressive strength training with Pilates-inspired movement to build muscle, improve posture, core strength, balance and mobility. Using bodyweight, dumbbells and small equipment, you’ll develop strength while enhancing flexibility and movement quality. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options throughout. Please bring an exercise mat.

Strut! Fitness Line Dancing

STRUT is a fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness class with no dance experience needed. Learn simple routines inspired by line dancing to pop, disco, R&B and country hits. Every step is broken down, so you can relax, build confidence and enjoy moving. A great way to boost fitness, lift your mood and have fun.

Happy Hearts

Aimed at active older adults, looking to improve balance, strength, cardio fitness, mobility and to make friendships and social connections. Chair options available. This class will make your heart happy.

Legs, Bums & Tums

An interval-style workout to set your muscles on fire. It’s a mixture of standing and floor work, targeting your mid-section and lower body. You will feel both energised and relaxed after L.B.T. We always take time to stretch and improve flexibility too.

RockBox Fitness

RockBox is fitness therapy for body and mind. Punch, sweat and de-stress to an epic rock soundtrack with a mix of boxing, cardio and toning for a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, with low-impact options throughout. No need to be a rock fan, just bring your energy, grab the drumsticks and let it all out!

Assassin

Assassin is your go-to for fierce, focused fitness. It’s a no-fluff, high-energy session where you get to unleash some serious power—think combos, cardio, and strength all rolled into one. You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start—just come as you are, ready to move and level up. It’s sweaty, satisfying, and seriously empowering

Fitness Pilates – Holistic Strength & Stretch

Holistic Strength & Stretch is all about moving with purpose and understanding your body on a deeper level. We focus on building real strength—through controlled, intentional movements—and balancing it with deep, feel-good stretches. It’s empowering, educational, and leaves you feeling strong, mobile, and reconnected. No stress, no ego—just smart training that supports your body and your life.

HIITMIX

HIITMIX combines interval training with combat, dance-inspired movement and feel-good music for a fun, full-body workout. Short bursts of effort followed by recovery help improve fitness, strength and metabolism. With simple moves, plenty of encouragement and options for every ability, you’ll work at your own pace in a friendly, judgement-free class.
Tuesday – 6.30pm We offer 30 minutes of Clubbercise and 30 minutes of HIITMIX.
