Welcome to No Equipment HIIT with Revive Fitness

Hi, I’m Amanda your instructor and I’m really looking forward to seeing you each week for our HIIT sessions.

Each session will offer low and high intensity options, so please don’t worry if you are just starting out or need to take it steady for whatever reason, I will offer options for everyone.

If you have any specific injuries or health conditions, please make sure you tell me before the class begins, so I can confirm if the session is suitable.

I am not trained or insured in pre and post-natal fitness.

All the sessions will be recorded and available here for you to do at a time that is convenient, during the duration of the 6 weeks.

 

Live Zoom classes take place from 12:30 pm – 1pm, every week on Wednesday for 6 weeks (ends 21st Feb)
