Small Weights, Big Impact

Now that the summer heat has eased off, it’s the perfect time to add a little spice to your workouts. In our strength-boosting section, you’re welcome to bring along some small weights — anything from 0.5kg to 2kg is plenty.

And here’s the best bit: you don’t even need “proper” dumbbells to get started. Two little water bottles filled up can make a huge difference! It’s not about lifting heavy — it’s about moving with intention and building strength that feels good for you.


New Core Track: Hungry Eyes 🎶

This week, we’re bringing a brand-new core track to the mix: Hungry Eyes from the classic film Dirty Dancing. It’s a fun blend of core and upper body work designed to challenge you without overwhelming you.

Think strength, rhythm, and no pressure — a workout that leaves you smiling as much as sweating!
