Amanda and Simon have a proven track record in helping people achieve their health, wellness and weight-loss goals.

Important Information about this programme
Our programmes are here to support everyday healthy habits in a friendly, down-to-earth way. But we want to be upfront – this isn’t the right fit for anyone currently experiencing an eating disorder or anyone following very specific dietary plans, such as FODMAP, or Keto.
We’re not dieticians and unable to offer the kind of specialist support that might be needed in those cases.
If you’re unsure or have any questions at all, please do contact us first, we’re always here to chat and help you figure out what’s best for you.

Is this programme suitable for beginners
Yes, our program caters to all fitness levels.
Do I have to track my food?
We know that for many people, tracking can be a negative experience and it will be up to you whether you decide to log your meals & snacks, in our app. However, we have found that those participants who do track their nutrition, have much more success and learn more about why certain foods affect their energy levels, bloating, fatigue, etc. Those who do choose tor track will benefit from our professional feedback, which will enable them to make better nutritional choices.
When does this programme start?
Our 8-week Programme begins on 12th January and anyone who joins prior to 5th January has the opportunity to take part in our prep week.
How do I join the WhatsApp group
Upon sign-up, you’ll receive an invitation to join the group.
Are there any dietary restrictions?
Our nutrition plans can be adapted to accommodate various dietary requirements.
What results can I expect after 8-weeks?
Most participants report increased energy, weight loss, and improved overall wellness.
Can I do nutrition only?
Yes. You can absolutely take part in the nutrition programme on its own. While movement is strongly recommended for supporting metabolism, mood, fitness, and muscle mass, we understand that many people already have a regular exercise routine in place. Inside Out is designed to fit around your lifestyle, not replace what’s already working for you.
What fitness classes are included in the programme?
Inside Out includes access to two live Zoom classes each week, both of which are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and available on catch-up if you can’t attend live.
Strong at Home – Strength & Cardio
Mondays, 6:15–7:05pm
A full-body interval workout combining weighted and bodyweight strength exercises with low or high-impact cardio. Designed to support muscle mass, metabolism, and overall fitness. Dumbbells or small weights are recommended. A mat is required.
Fitness Pilates at Home
Wednesdays, 6:40–7:30pm
A strength-based Pilates session focusing on core strength, posture, balance, mobility, and body awareness. A calm but effective full-body workout. A mat is required.
If you prefer in-person sessions and are based in Bristol, you can choose to attend our face-to-face classes instead, or mix online and in-person sessions to suit your lifestyle.
What’s the price for Inside Out if I am an existing customer with a live class bundle?
If you already attend our classes and hold an active class bundle, you’re eligible for a discounted rate on the Inside Out Nutrition programme at £99. Please contact us directly so we can apply the correct pricing for you.
To get the most from Inside Out, this discounted option is linked to committing to at least two movement sessions per week for the full 8 weeks. This ensures the programme works as intended, combining nutrition, mindset, and movement to support real, sustainable change.
If regular attendance drops below this level, continued access to the nutrition element may be affected. We’ll always communicate clearly and support you where possible — the aim is progress, not pressure.

The last programme in October cured my insomnia. Some nights I might only have 1-2 hours sleep and now I get at least 8 hours every night. My psoriasis is much improved as well.
I’ve just had my annual health MOT and am no longer pre diabetic (although I’d never had a blood test before the ‘rogue one’ or since that showed I was). My blood pressure is Optimal 115/62. Cholesterol low. All my tests were spot on and I’m sure the exercise also helped. I’m still adopting nearly all of the eating advice and practices. All in all I feel a new person. Highly recommended!

For anyone who’s curious about the nutrition program, it’s made a huge difference to me in so many ways. Amanda mentioned weight, inches, mental health etc and yep; loads of progress!
But what’s kept me committed is the less obvious changes. I’m more motivated and disciplined generally in life.
